FirstDart is a line manufacturing specialist based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province — a strategic location close to Lianyungang port, one of China’s major east coast shipping hubs. Product Range

Monofilament. Four series of nylon and copolymer monofilaments are offered across different pricing segments. The range serves applications from basic spooling to specialized leader material, with options for brand owners at multiple price points.

Braid. FirstDart’s braided lines are made from high-strength HMWPE fibers with a special proprietary coating. The company’s 8-carrier braid is a standout product — described by FirstDart’s Freddie Lai as “super smooth” with excellent casting and knotting characteristics. The braid is waterproof, abrasion and wear resistant, with virtually no stretch, making it suitable for applications where sensitivity and strength are critical.

Fluorocarbon. FirstDart’s RXi Fluorocarbon lines are manufactured from 100% pure PVDF material, delivering good strength with a balanced stretch profile. The value-for-money FD4000 fluorocarbon — packaged and sold as leader lines — is among the company’s best-selling products, alongside the slick 8X braid in refill spools.

Custom Rig Assemblies. FirstDart produces custom rigs ranging from simple hook snelling and ice fishing rigs to more specialized configurations, such as shark fishing rigs incorporating wire and hardware components. All rigs are assembled to customer specifications.

Brand Owner Partnership Model

FirstDart works exclusively with brand owners, not as a consumer-facing brand itself. The company offers consistent quality, flexible MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and transparent pricing that scales as demand increases.
