Editorial Standard

China Fishing follows a strict editorial standard. Every article published on this site meets the requirements below.

Pre-publication checklist

• Title ≤ 70 characters, contains primary keyword
• Meta description: 140–160 characters
• At least 3 internal links (to L4 data entries or other articles)
• At least 1 chart, table, or visual element
• At least 1 original data point (not lifted from other media)
• Every figure traceable to a primary source URL
• Every quotation traceable to original source
• Chinese & English versions fact-aligned (when bilingual)
• QA Worker report: no critical issues
• Editor sign-off (real name or editorial pseudonym)
• AI Disclosure box present

Sources

We prefer primary sources: factory filings, customs data, government publications, public company filings, direct interviews. Secondary sources (other media) are cited but never substituted for primary data.

Fact-checking

Every numerical claim is checked against the L4 structured knowledge base. When the L4 entry disagrees with the article, the article is corrected before publication.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected promptly and recorded in the corrections log. Corrections are never silently amended.

Conflict of interest

China Fishing does not accept payment for product reviews. Sponsored content is disclosed with a "Sponsored" tag in the title and a paragraph explaining the relationship.
